The Haak Yip has red & green color, mostly small seeds and a thin skin. The Haak Yip fruit are about the same size as the Brewster fruit which is about 1½ inches in diameter depending on irrigation conditions during fruit development & maturation. Haak Yips have a small seed and a great flesh to seed ratio. The flavor of Haak yip lychee fruit is sweet and they are crisp & juicy rather than really juicy like a Brewster.

Each lychee fruit that is picked is personally selected by us for the maximum quality & ripeness. We pick no lychee before it's time! Then we hand pick the fruit ourselves and ship it to you the same day it is picked so that you get the freshest lychee fruit (lychee nut) available in our grove.
